I employ a human-centered design process, a creative approach to problem-solving focussed on people. By fully understanding the end user perspective I can create innovative solutions that meet their needs. Three design principles guide this process:

Be true

For example, don’t tell users something is free prior to sign up, only to tell them after sign up there is a monthly fee after 30 days.

Be kind

For example, the path to completion should be concise with as few steps as possible, reducing noise with an uncluttered user interface.

Be useful

Don’t deviate from the problem you’re trying to solve. Match the user’s mental model.
